Building a brasserie on the banks of the Seine meant accepting that the water would be a partner in the setting — that the light would shift in the late afternoon, that the terrace would feel different with each season. This backdrop is not a detail: it shapes the dining experience from beginning to end.
The interior dining room reflects the same balance. Neither too formal nor too casual. It works just as well for a quick meal as for a longer table. The building's architecture supports this intention: a space that opens outward, that does not close in on itself, and that lets the river light reach the far end of the room.
